BAS is a multi-disciplined practice, incorporating project
management, planning supervision, and quantity surveying. Our experts will
develop a project from inception to final account. We will draw on
associate professionals to provide specialist input where necessary, with
regard to asbestos consultancy, structural engineers, mechanical and
electrical design engineers, ground / soil investigations and acoustic
design.
We have two principal directors with a combined experience
in the building industry of over 50 years and have four other fulltime
employees based in our offices in Dunstable.
BAS has experience in working for both the clients and
contractors on a variety of building projects as designers, project
managers, contract surveyors and planning supervisors in both the public
and private sector. We have worked on educational, leisure, healthcare,
industrial, commercial, residential projects and prisons. We have a proven
record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
We believe the design of buildings plays an important role
in people’s health as well as their social and moral well-being.
As a company we have gained significant experience in
capital building projects in schools. We are aware of the need to design
for the 21st Century and provide school environments that will be conducive
to learning and teaching and believe that well designed school buildings
can play a part in raising educational standards and improving attainment
levels.
